Published at https://varren.co/data-deletion. This page is the user data deletion instruction that Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, X and LinkedIn ask every app to publish. It repeats Section 15 of our Privacy Policy at https://varren.co/privacy, which is the controlling text.

Remove the data from a connected account

Where you connected a Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, X or LinkedIn account to Varren and want the data from that connection removed, either route works.

Disconnect the account inside Varren. This deletes or instructs the deletion of the stored credential and the connection record, so no further action can run on that account.
Revoke Varren's access inside the platform. Use the platform's own app or security settings, for example https://myaccount.google.com/permissions for Google. We detect the revocation and mark the connection dead.

Have everything Varren holds about you deleted

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your Varren account. We delete your account and everything in it from our live systems within 30 days and confirm in writing.

What to know

Content Varren already published to a platform stays there. Remove it on that platform.
Copies inside database snapshots are deleted when the snapshot holding them is deleted, as newer snapshots replace it.
Records we are legally required to keep, such as billing records, are kept for the period in Section 15 of the Privacy Policy.
